RiseRadiant Studio ("we," "our," or "us") develops and operates mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use any of our applications.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account using Sign in with Apple or similar authentication services, we may receive your name and email address (or an Apple-provided relay address). This information is used solely to identify your account within the app.

Health and Fitness Data

Some of our apps integrate with Apple HealthKit to read health and fitness data such as step counts, workout sessions, active energy, heart rate, and other wellness metrics. This data is used exclusively within the app to provide features you have requested, such as tracking progress, generating statistics, and supporting accountability goals.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your HealthKit data to any third party. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes. Access to HealthKit data requires your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time through your device's Settings.

Usage Data

We may collect basic usage information such as app interactions and feature usage to improve the user experience. This data is not linked to your identity.

How We Store Your Data

We use Apple's CloudKit service to store and sync your app data across your devices. Your data is associated with your iCloud account and is protected by Apple's security infrastructure. We do not operate independent servers or databases outside of Apple's ecosystem.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Within our apps, certain features may allow you to share information with other users you have explicitly chosen to connect with (for example, group or team features). You control what information is shared through your use of these features.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may use Apple's built-in services (iCloud, HealthKit, Sign in with Apple, Push Notifications). These services are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
